You can cover a well-known song, and even rewrite the lyrics! In fact, that's exactly what Alain and his colleagues, whose images you can see on our Instagram post, did: they covered "We Are The World", changed the lyrics with the help of a professional lyricist, and recounted in song anecdotes they'd all experienced together.

Second option, still musical: suggest a blind test! And if you don't know what it is, let us explain 😉
This game consists in making people guess the artist and/or the title of a song by playing only a short extract of a few seconds. Of course, a blind test for the sake of a blind test isn't very symbolic when it comes to celebrating retirement... So to add a personal touch, we suggest you base it on songs from Peter's generation (or Michelle's, or Marc's!), or songs you've heard him sing over the years, or that have made a lasting impression on you, etc. It'll be a hit.
You can be sure that he'll be into it for the whole game, and it may also remind him of certain moments in his life that he shared with his colleagues. Bonus: the winning team can be offered a prize, for example! The big advantage of the blind test is that it doesn't require a budget. But there's nothing to stop you organizing an aperitif to make the moment even more convivial. The aim is to celebrate the new retiree after all!
3) IMAGINE A PERSONALIZED QUIZ
There's no better way to reminisce about the good times we've had together than with a quiz on the future retiree.
Funny anecdotes about him, questions about his tastes, hobbies and life... And whoever knows him best wins the game! To do this, ask your other colleagues to come up with different questions about the famous Peter, and write them down on a piece of paper to slip into a hat or box. A prize can be awarded to the person who answers the most questions correctly, for an even greater challenge. This could be chocolates, for example.
